Just a few corrections should be mentioned: D.W. Griffith did not direct "The Perils of Pauline" as this was a Pathe movie starring Pearl White and while Griffith worked in Fort Lee he was with Biograph. Also, "Pauline" was shot in 1914 and at that time Griffith had already left Fort Lee. Also, Griffith never directed Roscoe Arbuckle and Arbuckle's work in Fort Lee took place in 1916-1917 for Triangle (at the old Fox studio on Main St. and Linwood Ave.). Griffith was not "headquartered in Fort Lee" between 1910-1921. Griffith worked in Fort Lee from his role in "Rescued From the Eagle's Nest" (Edison - 1907) through 1912. I would suggest in any research of films from this period you refer to at least two books: Paul Spehr's "The Movies Begin" and Richard Koszarski's "Fort Lee: The Film Town."
