Womenswork

Jane Steuerwald, Stephanie Attar and Elizabeth Cavanagh of Womenswork Productions, have curated a screening of works by women film and videomakers for the Fort Lee Film Commission in honor of Women’s History Month, to be presented on Sunday March 13th, 2005 at 1:00PM. The artists are all associated with the Media Arts Department, NJ City University, either as current students, alumni, faculty or staff. The program represents a wide spectrum of cultural and artistic sensibilities and delves into issues ranging from the personal to the political.

The screening is located within the Fort Lee Historic Park on the Palisades, on Sunday, March 13th, 2005, at 1:00PM and will include the showcase of short film and video curated by Womenswork as well as a screening by the turn of the century filmmaker, Alice Guy Blache. This will mark the third annual screening by Womenswork, a collective of women artists based at the Media Arts Department of NJ City University.
