Restoring films from Fort Lee Studios

My goal is to find and restore any films from Eclair and World/Peerless studios from Fort Lee, NJ. I have located several films at the Library of Congress and the UCLA Film and Television Archive that are in desperate need of saving. The cost for a minimal restoration of "The Detective's Santa Claus" from Eclair studios in 1912 starring Clara Horton would be about $3350.00 and another unknown film, "Chasing A Million" from Eclair studios in 1914 would cost about $1600.00. Another film from Eclair "The Old Doctor's Humanity" from 1912 would cost around $2000 for a minimal restoration and there is a copy of "Robin Hood" which the Library of Congress would like to restore. I am writing this message in the hopes that there would be others who might be willing to help with the cost of these efforts. I am trying to find other films from these studios that need restoration also. The Thanhouser collection is a treasure and I think films from other contemporary studios should not be allowed to be lost. Please email me at billrabe@mac.com if you can help.
