The Loew's Jersey theatre, located on Journal Square in New Jersey, opened in 1929 as "the most lavish temple of entertainment in New Jersey." Once slated for demolition, this magnificent showplace now stands as one of the finest surviving movie palaces in the Metropolitan Area.
We are located directly across the street from the Path Transportation Center, which provides easy access via bus or train from all over the region. We're just minutes from Manhattan and the New Jersey Turnpike. Ample parking is available in the two lots near the theatre.
We are having our first Spring season of classic films in the magnificent auditorium. If you've never seen a film in a beautiful movie palace, don't miss this unique opportunity! Please visit our website at www.loewsjersey.org and check out the Events Calendar. Thank you very much!
