Since moving to Blandford, I have heard stories of E.K.Lincoln and the movies he made here. I was told that the first Tarzan movies were made here. There are large grapevines in the woods and they say that they were the ones Tarzan swung from. But I haven't found any verification of this. I know he had an estate in Blandford, but I haven't gone to any of the historical society's programs about him. I'd like to hear more about him and the films he presumably made here.
